Rules & Policies

At The Clubhouse, our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please review the following guidelines before participating in activities.

Important Information

• Hours may vary due to weather or operational needs.
• Activities may be suspended or the facility may close during severe weather.
• Last mini golf tee time is 45 minutes prior to closing.
• Batting cages close daily at 9:30 PM.

General Facility Policies

  • Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Hours of operation may vary due to weather, maintenance, staffing, or other operational needs.

  • For the safety of our guests and staff, activities may be temporarily suspended or the facility may close due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Last mini golf tee time is 45 minutes prior to closing. To ensure all guests have adequate time to complete their round, new rounds cannot begin within 45 minutes of closing.

  • Batting cages close daily at 9:30 PM.

  • No food or drinks are permitted on the mini golf course.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who fail to follow facility rules.

Mini Golf Course Rules

  • Play at your own risk.

  • Groups are limited to five players per group.

  • A six-stroke limit applies to each hole.

  • Everyone in the group must take their first shot before anyone takes a second shot.

  • If your ball goes out of bounds, replace it where it exited and add a one-stroke penalty.

  • If your ball rests against an obstruction, it may be moved up to six inches without penalty.

  • If another player's ball strikes your ball, replace your ball to its original position with no penalty.

  • If a golf ball enters a water hazard, use the ball retriever or ask for assistance. Add a one-stroke penalty.

Batting Cage Rules

  • Batting helmets must be worn at all times while inside the cages.

  • Use caution when crossing from the plate area to the batter's box.

  • Batting cages close daily at 9:30 PM.

  • Only one batter is permitted in each cage at a time.

  • Spectators should remain outside designated batting areas.

  • Multiple baseball and softball pitching speeds are available. Please select an appropriate speed based on age, experience, and skill level.

  • Follow all posted instructions and use equipment responsibly.

  • Notify a staff member immediately if equipment appears damaged or unsafe.
